I have... read more been injured in a car accident a few years ago and was unable to do any kind of sport after the incident. Too bad for me because I was training myself to run the next Melbourne Marathon. I have tried for many years different things to get better such as Osteopathy, Yoga, Pilate, Swimming..etc but my low back and all my left side of my body (arm/leg) were sore. I put on weight and started to feel uncomfortable with my own body.
I went to see Marlon and after 7 months of exercise, Marlon fixed me!!!
I lost my overweight, we worked on my posture and today I have the body I had before the accident. Marlon gave me a lot of tools and tips that I can use now on my own. It cost me a bit of money but at the end of the day I reached my goal and I feel good. Trust me it worths it! Thank you so much Marlon!!!
